I am Kausik Regunath from Tamil Nadu, India. I have completed my undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Technology - Biotechnology) from Anna University, Chennai, which is one of the premier technology universities in India.

I am interested in signal transduction pathways, specifically those involved in oncogenesis.  I am keeping an open mind and would like to study this phenomenon from biophysics or molecular biology perspectives. I have a good background in several subjects, not only core biochemistry, cell and molecular biology and genetics, but also mathematics, physics and chemistry. I am also happy to try out stuff that I have had little or no experience previously. You will definitely find me a quick and eager learner.

I enjoy playing chess, cricket and badminton. I would also like to try out baseball and basketball while I am here. I like to go trekking, reading books and listening to music.
